Follow these steps to connect Relay.app with Quo:

1. Create a free Relay.app account at www.relay.app.
2. Go to Apps and select Quo. Click Add connection.
3. Get your Quo API key by going to the Quo web or desktop app.
4. Navigate to Workspace Settings and API.
5. Generate a new API key and paste it into the Relay.app Connect Quo window and click Connect.
6. Now you can create workflows with Quo triggers and actions.
