Salesforce is among the most popular CRMs in the world. Once connected with your Quo workspace, you can toggle auto-logging of call activity, messages, recordings, voicemails, and summaries from within Quo’s settings for any number(s) you want.

And by syncing your Salesforce contacts with Quo, you’ll get instant caller ID for every contact you have in Salesforce.

Get started

Follow these steps to connect Salesforce with Quo:

  1. Go to the Quo web or desktop app.
  2. Select "Integrations" under the Workspace settings.
  3. Select Salesforce and click “Connect to Salesforce”.
  4. If you haven’t already, log into your Salesforce account. Salesforce will ask you to confirm the Salesforce account you want to connect to Quo.
  5. After you confirm you wish to connect the apps, you’ll be redirected back to the integration settings in Quo. From the integration settings, you will be able to configure whether you want to log calls for all numbers or specific lines in your workspace.
